1. Acceptance

By accessing or using PrepVid ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PrepVid is a video pre-production workspace that uses AI to help creators research topics, build structured outlines, write scripts section by section, and present them via a built-in teleprompter. The Service is provided on a credit-based model with a free tier.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at ginjame01@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use PrepVid to:

Generate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or violates third-party rights.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
Resell or sublicense access without written permission.
Impersonate any person or entity.

5. Your Content

You own the content you create with PrepVid. By using the Service, you grant PrepVid a limited license to process your content solely to deliver the Service to you. We do not sell your content to third parties.

6. AI-Generated Output

AI-generated scripts and research are provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying accuracy before publishing or filming. PrepVid does not guarantee that output is factually correct, original, or free from third-party intellectual property claims.

7. Credits and Payment

New accounts receive 100 free credits. Additional credits or subscription plans are subject to pricing displayed in the app at the time of purchase. All payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. PREPVID DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PREPVID SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice.
