Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to feel confident trying PrepVid. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

Monthly Subscriptions

If you are on a monthly Pro plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 3 days of your most recent charge, provided you have not used any of the Pro credits included in that billing period. Refund requests made after 3 days, or where Pro credits have been used, will not be granted for the current billing period. You can cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

Yearly Subscriptions

If you purchase a yearly Pro plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 3 days of purchase, provided you have not used any of the Pro credits included in your first month. After 3 days, or if Pro credits have been used, yearly plans are non-refundable. You will retain Pro access for the remainder of the year.

Free Credits

The 100 free credits granted at signup are non-refundable and have no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash or applied to a paid plan.

Exceptions

We will always issue a refund in the following situations, regardless of the time window:

  • You were charged more than once for the same billing period due to a technical error.
  • You were charged after successfully cancelling your subscription.
  • The Service was unavailable for an extended period during your paid billing cycle due to an issue on our end.

How to Request a Refund

Email ginjame01@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • The email address associated with your PrepVid account.
  • The date of the charge you are requesting a refund for.
  • A brief reason (optional, but helps us improve).

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancellations

Cancelling your subscription stops future charges. It does not automatically trigger a refund. If you believe you qualify for a refund under this policy, please contact us after cancelling.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
