Account data — when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture.

Content you create — ideas, outlines, scripts, and any text you enter into the Service.

Usage data — pages visited, features used, credit consumption, and error logs.

Cookies and local storage — we store an authentication token in your browser's local storage to keep you signed in.

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
• To process AI generation requests on your behalf.
• To send transactional emails (e.g., waitlist updates, billing receipts).
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data or content to third parties.

When you generate scripts or research, your input is sent to third-party AI providers (including Anthropic). These providers process your content to return a response. We do not use your content to train AI models without your explicit consent.

We share data only with:

• Service providers — hosting, AI APIs, analytics — bound by confidentiality agreements.
• Law enforcement — when required by valid legal process.
• Business transfers — in the event of a merger or acquisition, your data may be transferred to the successor entity.

We retain your account and content data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing ginjame01@gmail.com. We will process requests within 30 days.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including HTTPS, encrypted storage, and access controls. No system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

PrepVid is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
